How it Works?

There will be a biscuit which is dipped in this hormone called “Pheramone”. This is nothing but woodchip dipped in Pheramone where these male insects feel that the female insects are attracting them for mating. With that feel they go in search of females based on the sex pheramone and gets trapped in the Pheramone traps. This avoids its mating with the female insects, which intern reduces the reproduction and thereby reducing the fruit damage.

You need to fill the water while installing so that these males can get trapped. And change the water once in a week, and change the biscuit once in every 15 days. There are different kinds of sex pheramone biscuits which are used for different pests.
