I was so happy to see my newly constructed home. I am so happy, as it is my childhood dream. Gardening is the only pending work. I am consciously selecting good gardening and landscaping companies, as I went through many hassles with my home interior decoration vendors and even with tiles and flooring.
As I often travel to London, I have seen a couple of houses with great landscape gardens in the front yard, backyard, even on terraces and balconies. There only I dreamed of having such garden and landscape design for my home too. But I was scared to select a good landscape gardening company. At that time, one of my friends referred me, I went through the details and saw the reviews. Which I felt it’s a promising profile. Even I went through other company profiles, at that time my colleague in the new office surprisingly suggested the same company – My Dream GARDEN. Now, after 6 months of research, I immediately took my mobile and called them. Jasmine one of the Back-end team members received the call. I really felt they were very pleasant, kind, and highly knowledgeable. After the call, she assigned a Project Manager to visit my home. Mr.Shivu visited my place. Took all my requirements, even minute–minute information, measurements. It was very a friendly and highly professional visit. He said he will come back with the design.
3 days later I got the design. I want to say from my heart one thing – They have understood my requirement, concept, and ideas. I was so excited to see the designs almost similar to my thoughts. Me and my husband decided. Even we spoke with parents also. Earlier my husband has brought a few quotations from other companies. But overall communication part was not up to the mark.
My Dream Garden quote is almost 25% more than others. As we have got references from our friends and colleagues, even we felt happy with from first call communication, site visit and design. Especially, their systematic approach, so, we decided to go with My Dream Garden
As we paid the advance, within 3 days they started the works. They were doing a complete makeover to my terrace, balcony, and front yard. In the front yard – lawn, a Buddha statue, a small water body. Also wanted a pathway with nice archers and some classy designer lights to enjoy our evenings. As I was looking for privacy from my immediate neighbors, I wanted some kind of closure. They came up with Bamboo Criss cross designs, highly attractive.
Even on my balcony, a vertical garden was one of my long-time dreams, along with an artificial lawn and some beautiful plants. So, they committed to complete the project in 8 days. I was shocked by the speed of their employee’s works from cleaning and preparing the site for perfect leveling and pest management.
The first time I came across a company, which has almost all in-house departments it made my life hassle free and execution of the project from lawn, lights, water body and from small plumbing work, fabrications, carpentry work very smooth and satisfying.
Mr.Shivu has provided great guidance to the team in the implementation of the project and their hard work is visible in the marvelous beauty of my garden. As an engineer, I could find out the quality of the materials used are of the highest standards, and in between though I have asked for a few modifications and changes the team has not even once hesitated to make the modifications. We highly appreciated their patience, promptness in listening to me. As day 8 was coming most of the project work is completed and on the last day also I asked for the change, Mr.Shivu with a smiling face only, implemented the changes
My Mother-In-law and Father-In-Law came and sat in a sit-out area along with grandchildren playing with my dog.
For me and my husband, there are no words to express that moment in my house in my dream garden. I gave my heartfelt thanks to entire My Dream Garden. Especially, the boys who have done tremendous hard work in realizing My Dream Garden. Even I thanked my friend and colleague who referred them.
I am very happy to refer them to every garden enthusiast who is looking to have beautiful gardens with hassle-free executions. But be ready to spend a little bit more, but it is worth.
