Once we receive a call from the client and assign an appointment with our Landscape expert, we make sure that our expert will be well educated about the client’s requirements what they have shared on the first call.

The landscape expert for the particular client will be assigned based on the knowledge, requirement and language also, because language plays a major role in connecting to the client which will be an easy task to convey to the client.

Based on the client’s requirement our experts will carry the samples to educate the client about the material used, their appearance and catalogue of the projects that we have already executed for better understanding.

So, when our Landscape expert visit the client’s place/site, that will be the first approach to the client through face-to-face conversation where the proposal should be very strong and trustful by our experts.

Once our expert visit and have a conversation with the client based on their requirement and purpose. The expert will analyze on the spot and start suggesting the client through various options for every element. They try to educate the use and purpose of every element to the client so that, he will be having an idea of it.
