When it comes to Balcony design, one has to make the space feel as large and visually elegant as possible. With the use of right materials, colors and elements we could create an illusion of expanse and spatial volume.

That is what we have emphasized in our recently executed project for Mr. Sameer & Family. They live in an 16^th floor apartment & have a penthouse with an open balcony. Mr. Sameer & their wife both being a busy IT professionals wanted to have a beautiful sit-out to spend their leisure time

As they have contacted multiple landscaping company with the same purpose but none of the options provided was apt for them. My Dream Garden design team grabbed their ideas & tried to represent & replicate the excitement and emotion that client want to experience in their small balcony space

Our brief from the client for this project was to achieve a space that is calm and neutral, fresh and well lit, open and unrestricted in its function. We were approached to design a green haven; a minimalist balcony garden with elements that not only soothe and calm, but also excite and stimulate.

The shingles pergola with PVC ceiling provided them a posh feel coupled with garden furniture & a jhula to sit-back & relax. Artificial vertical gardens which are zero maintenance elements added an advantage to enhance the vertical space view, the lightings magnified their evening times to enjoy with family & friends.

To achieve this successful outcome, architects have specific requirements that enable them to understand the client’s needs and preferences while aligning with the client’s vision and expectations. In the scope of landscape design, the role of design is crucial. It involves identifying the purpose of the space, whether it’s meant to be a relaxing oasis, an entertaining area for guests, or a way to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal. A detailed analysis of the topography, sun exposure, and wind patterns is undertaken to optimize the design.

Our designs prioritize sustainability, functionality, and environmental friendliness, ensuring they harmoniously blend with their surroundings.

The overall balcony makeover gave the client a pub-feel to hang out, chill & experience their dream landscape. My Dream Garden thank Mr. Sameer & family for providing us the opportunity to design & execute this small place with big intent.
